Open Question: Do you think the FDA have right causes to sue Kevin Trudeau?

I just heard this on the news today. FDA is sueing and taking Kevin Trudeau to Federal Court for making false claims against the FDA. The news also said that the FDA wants to have the control over "Natural Herbs", because the FDA claims it IS medicine. What is your opinion on it?
