Open Question: How to get back to original operating system from the manufacturer?
Mon, 10 Dec 2007 01:54:18 GMT
I bought a Sony Vaio VGN-CR240N/B which was preinstalled Windows Vista Business, but I don't have a recovery disk.
The problem is that later I installed it into Windows Vista Ultimate, and I lost everything from SONY such as AV Instant Mode, Fingerprint System, Backup and Recovery Center, etc.
Now, I really want to get back to original when I first operated my notebook with preinstalled Windows Vista Business and everything I once had, but I don't know how.
I need your help!
Thank you very much!
